Who sells the software
KSV Tools are sold by KSV Accounting & Taxation Consultants, a proprietorship of Kailash Vashisht, SCO-75, 2nd Floor, Office No. 5, Sector 10A Market, near SBI Bank, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 ("KSV").
Licence
When you pay, KSV gives you a licence key for the tool and period stated on your invoice. The licence lets your office use the tool for its own work during that period. You may not resell, rent, copy for others or reverse-engineer the software, or share your key outside your office.
Free trial
Each tool can be used free for 7 days on a computer. After the trial, saving or processing stops until a licence key is activated.
Your data
The tools run on your computer and store documents and settings there. You are responsible for your own backups and for having the right to process the documents your clients send. See the Privacy page.
KSV Data Saver works through WhatsApp's linked-device feature, which is not an official WhatsApp business integration. WhatsApp may change its service or limit linked devices at any time. Use it on your own business number at your own discretion. KSV is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
No guarantee of results
The tools sort and match documents automatically and can make mistakes, for example with photos, scans or unusual invoice layouts. Check important documents before using them in returns, books or filings. To the extent the law allows, KSV's total liability is limited to the licence fee you paid for the period in question.
Updates and support
During the licence period you receive updates and support on WhatsApp (+91 88606 30505), Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
